that area will be used for staging entertainment
and catering and the three-car garage will be
used to store park maintenance vehicles. On the
east and west sides of the building are open balconies
and beautiful views are found from both
the north and south terraces.
“It’s exciting to bring it back to its original
state. It is going to be booked all of the time. The
pavilion at the park booked nearly 50 weddings
last year,” said Randall Saumier, office of construction
chief for Martin County. It should take
about one year to complete the project, which will
include 110 hurricane impact resistant windows,
he said.
