A year and a half ago, Haisley opened Haisley Pet Loss Services
in a separate building across the street from the funeral
home property. It includes a crematorium for pets and burial
packages. Pet owners can memorialize their animals through
the only Treasure Coast funeral home with a crematory just
for pets.
“We’ve had several services in one of our small rooms
where pet owners can say good-bye to their beloved pets,” he
says. “So many people become attached to their pets as extensions
of their families.” The funeral home is on call seven
days a week to serve the needs of pet owners.
“We’ve been very warmly received in the community and
been extremely successful, working with over a dozen local
veterinarians,” Haisley said.
Most recently, the Haisley family in January opened the
Port St. Lucie Tribute Center at 2041 Bayshore Blvd. to better
serve south St. Lucie County. The state-of-the-art facility was
designed to be less institutional and more like a home.
The Haisleys help strengthen their family operation and
other local businesses by remaining in touch with the community
through organizations and programs. Rick is past
president of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce
and the Rotary Club. Jimmie Anne is a supporter of the
equestrian community.
“We believe in being community leaders and have held
various leadership roles in the community for many years,”

The Haisley Tribute Center in Port St. Lucie features a pre-planning center, chapel and large visitation room. The center is decorated to provide a home feeling
instead of a corporate atmosphere.
