Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful erected this sign on Becker Road, welcoming
motorists to the city.
“We rely on volunteers to help us achieve our mission,”
Lankow said. “We work for the community. We’re here for
our residents.”
Lankow tackles what projects she can, including upcoming
beautifications along Green River Parkway and North
Macedo Boulevard. The group will be adding benches, trash
receptacles and trees along major thoroughfares to encourage
locals and visitors to enjoy the beauty of the city and keep it
litter free.
Education and outreach are also major efforts by the organization.
