LEGAL PROFILE
“My great-grandfather, Frank H. Fee, had an interest in Melbourne
bank here and renamed it the Bank of Fort Pierce. At that time,
my grandfather, Fred Fee Sr., started our family law firm to
provide legal services to the commercial and banking interests
of his father, Frank Fee.”
The firm prospered, representing affluent businessmen such
as Crayola Crayon founder Edwin Binney, who was instrumental
in the creation of the inlet and the Port of Fort Pierce as well
as developing the city and the citrus groves west of town. In
1935, Fred’s son, Frank H. Fee II, joined the law firm. >>
