are on the lower level of the building at 111 Orange Ave., but
demand is so great that the third floor has been opened up to
accommodate more artists. Between them is the main banking
floor, complete with vault, which was leased recently to a gym.
In addition to the individual studios, spacious areas have
been set aside for classes, workshops and art shows. And
though artists may choose only to work in their studios, they
are permitted to sell their works there as well.

location. Thanks to Leo Henriquez, a (local businessman and)
lover of the arts who believes in the importance of community,
we have a location in the ArtBank in downtown Fort Pierce.”
Henriquez, representing the owners of the former bank,
arranged a lease that allowed Art Mundo to divide the space
into studios to be rented month to month by more than 20
artists in woodturning, mixed media, pottery, paper making,
book arts, oils, watercolors, acrylics and fiber.
