VERO BEACH MUSEUM OF ART

year will bring an opportunity to build on eisting
programs and produce what &E2 Brady 5oberts calls
´blocNbusterµ ehibits for the museum·s audience.

art, says the museum has strategically aligned
its cultural programs with its ehibitions ´to provide
an even greater educational oͿering for the 7reasure
&oastµ and oͿer yearround programming with world
class ehibitions.
2n loan from one of the first maMor private museums
of contemporary art, Made in Germany: Art Since
1980 from the 5ubell )amily &ollection in 0iami is the
season·s opening ehibition in the Holmes and 7itelman
galleries through -an. . 3aintings, photography and
sculpture maNe up the pieces selected for this display
of the worN of contemporary artists in th and st
century *ermany. 7hey include Anselm .iefer, Andreas
*ursNy, 7homas Schtte, &andida H|fer and others.
,n the Schumann and StarN galleries until -an. , visitors
can get a glimpse of some of the museum·s permanent
collection, art from the mids to today. Both
galleries will highlight 9B0A·s depth in American th
century and international contemporary art, including
some old favorites and a selection of new acTuisitions.
LooN for art by -acN 7worNov, ,sabel Bishop, :aldo
3eirce, 0arguerite =orach and others. A rare treat will
be worNs not often seen in the galleries, paintings by
3atricN Archer, 3ierre 'aura and 5enp 3ortocarrero,
