Through his commercial work such as post cards and colorized photographs,
This postcard shows a pristine view of Five-Mile Creek as it looked
in the early 1900s. It is one of the few postcards, obviously
printed in Germany, that H. E. Hill, copyrighted and personally
published. He usually sold his images to other publishers.
