Using homegrown Braford beef from the Adams Ranch, its steaks are perfectly done, tender and succulent, winning raves from diners. Recently it has added beef from other independent ranches to its menu.

The natural beef is raised on open pastures with no added hormones or antibiotics, making it a meat-lovers haven for both locals and visitors from afar.

Among its creations are a bone-in filet, bone-in ribeye, T-bone steaks, filet mignon, New York strip, Manhattan and Kansas City strip, top sirloin, top loin, contre-filet and porterhouse.

Just a sampler of some other meals it offers, consider the rack of lamb, seared duck breast, Alaskan king crab, free range chicken or crab encrusted sea bass.

Chef Darr has many years of experience, most recently as executive chef for the Big Time Group in Palm Beach, leading an entire team for 10 years.
