United Way and partners to host Back-to-School Supply Drive
VERO BEACH – United Way of Indian River County in partnership with Massey Romans Wealth Management of Raymond James and 93.7GYL to host Back-to-School Supply Drive to provide vital supplies to students in Indian River County.
“Through our combined efforts, we hope to ensure our students start the school year right, equipped with the tools and materials they need, and ready to learn,” said Paul Massey, First Vice President and Branch Manager at Massey Romans.
School supplies can be dropped off from July 19 through July 30 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the United Way Center at 1836 14th Avenue in Vero Beach or at the Massey Romans office at 582 Beachland Boulevard, Suite 200.
Items that are most needed include: notebooks, 1.5 inch three-ring binders, backpacks, loose leaf paper, pocket folders with 3 prongs, pens, #2 pencils, glue sticks, rulers, composition notebooks, boxes of tissue, gallon or quart size Ziploc bags, supply pouch, large pink erasers, 24 count crayons, 12-count olored pencils, children’s scissors, yellow highlighters, 10 count thin markers, and dry erase markers.
