At Wyderski Health in Vero Beach, Dr. Rich Wyderski offers a small, membership-based internal medicine and geriatrics practice designed to provide patients with unparalleled access and personalized care. This concierge model allows for extended visits, same- or next-day appointments for acute issues, 24/7 physician availability, and even home visits when medically necessary or homebound. He happily answers urgent medical calls after hours, on weekends, and holidays. When out of town, another concierge physician covers for him.

Services include check-ups, treatment for common illnesses, chronic disease management, and preventive care. The practice emphasizes screenings, immunizations, lifestyle changes, nutrition, and wellness guidance to help patients maintain long-term health. We provide in-office lab draws and EKGs and do our own pre-op assessments for our patients.

Dr. Wyderski is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatrics. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, he completed his residency and fellowship there. His career includes private practice with Vero Internal Medicine, faculty roles at Wright State University and Wake Forest University, and leadership as Medical Director at Wake Forest’s Acute Care for Elders unit. With specialized training in geriatrics, Dr. Wyderski focuses on improving quality of life for older adults. 

The practice also offers Healing Touch therapy, provided by registered nurse, Karen Bolle Wyderski, his wife and a long-time healthcare leader, and former Director of the VNA Hospice program in Vero Beach. Healing Touch is gentle therapy which promotes relaxation, reduces pain, blood pressure, and anxiety while enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities. 

Healing Touch is available to both the community as well as members of the practice, with discounted sessions for members and a complimentary introductory session.

“Healing Touch Therapy is beneficial for anyone who is facing any form of transition, from a medical procedure to grief,” Karen Bolle Wyderski said. 

To join the Wyderski Health family of patients, members pay a simple membership fee [monthly, quarterly, or annually] with no insurance billing or co-pays. Membership can be canceled anytime with 30 days written notice and refunds are pro-rated.
