• Festival of Trees – An extraordinary event with a forest of about 50 decorated trees, unique decorated wreaths, unusual gingerbread village, a new and larger ice skating rink made from synthetic ice for the kids, songfest, unusual arts and craft vendors, food and drink, meals with Santa. • Stuart Christmas Parade – On East Ocean Boulevard starting at Monterey Road and heading north. The theme is “It’s a Green Christmas” and prizes will be awarded for the best illustration of the theme. • Holiday Boat Parade, St. Lucie County – Marvel at the sight of Santa and his reindeer, Christmas trees, elves and toys all sparkling with lights in an evening boat parade. It starts at Taylor Creek by Harbortown Marina, proceeds past South Beach Causeway, turns westward at Fort Pierce Inlet and ends at Fort Pierce City Marina. 6-8 p.m. 692.7599
