In its very first year, the academy has created an environment where students are not only learning but thriving. This success is intentional. With class sizes capped at just eight students, the academy prioritizes connection over capacity. Teachers have the opportunity to truly understand how each child learns, what inspires them, and where they need encouragement. Lessons are thoughtfully tailored, questions are explored in depth, and every student is given the space to participate, reflect, and be understood. Neurodivergent students, including those supported by Registered Behavior Technicians [RBTs], learn alongside neurotypical peers and gifted learners.
