PIZZA
Deserving of its own category and a staple for any casual
diner, the pizzeria scene in St. Lucie is worth checking out.
There’s too many to list them all, but our newer or most popular
pizza joints include Pie Hole, Tavola, Frank & Al’s, Bella Roma,
Estella’s, Francesca’s, Miragila’s, Massimo’s, A Taste of Brooklyn,
and Lorenzo’s.
STEAKHOUSES
For a fine dining experience to celebrate a special occasion, look
no further than The Fort Steakhouse in downtown Fort Pierce as
well as Oak & Ember Steakhouse or Meating Street, both in Port
St. Lucie. And for an elegant oceanfront dining experience, be
sure to make a reservation at Kyle G’s Prime Seafood & Steaks in
Jensen Beach.
BBQ
Sometimes the scent of barbeque smoke in the air can only
mean the grill is hot and the meals are ready. Visit Moonswiners,
Jones Old School BBQ, Seaway Smokehouse, Dales’s BBQ or
Stoney’s for an authentic barbeque experience.
SWEET
Treat yo’ self! Ice
cream, desserts,
pastries, candy and
more. It’s okay to give
in to your sweet tooth
while on vacation. Visit
local sweet spots such
as Joy’s Ice Cream,
Bruno Chocolate
Creations, We Be
Poppin’, Uncle Carlo’s
Gelato, Pistachio’s Ice
Cream, Twistee Treat,
or Cream Republic
and indulge.
COFFEE
Who doesn’t love a local coffee shop? It’s where visitors can find
out from the locals exactly what’s going on and where to go.
Coffee houses such as Old Florida Coffee, Cool Beans, Sunrise
City Café, Importico’s, Steamworks, Coffee Grind, and Zeus
Coffee are the hot (or iced!) spots for your daily coffee fix.
