Promise program makes college tuition free for high school grads

For years, Indian River State College has been a beacon of higher learning providing quality, affordable education to students. In March 2022, the college launched the Promise Program, making the road to getting a two-year degree even more accessible for area high school graduates. It gives students the opportunity to earn an associate degree from IRSC — tuition free.
