Walking Tree Brewery is an award-winner for sure. Not only did it win Best Brewery in Indian River Magazine’s competition, it nailed the Great American Beer Festival’s Gold award for the best craft stout in the nation – a win it regards with the utmost pride. It’s called Babycakes Oatmeal Stout. Other awards have gone to Straw Hat Blonde Ale and Barnacled Manatee Barleywine, Walking Tree IPA, Prop Root English Pale Ale and Duke Snider’s Imperial Stout.

Created out of a 1945 warehouse, the owners went from backyard home brewers bored at their jobs to having a blast brewing nationally recognized independent craft beers.

The brewery is a place for people to relax, unwind and enjoy a good time. They have entertainment and other events, too.
