*Business responsible for supplying announcement. Announcements may be edited for style, accuracy and compliance with formatting restrictions. Length of announcements limited to approximately 30 words for basic option, 60 words for premier option and 100 words for platinum option.

**Business responsible for supplying copy for Spotlight feature and Indian River Magazine Inc. will supply editing. Spotlight limited in length according to option chosen and subject to editing and formatting restrictions.
Agreement to advertise: I agree to advertise in the quantity checked above and represent that my business will be responsible for payment. I understand that I have up to 60 days to pay and that collection fees, attorney fees and interest at 18 percent per annum may accrue for unpaid balances. *
