This buck is eating wild oranges while on the lookout for danger. Fall and winter is the time animals search for fallen acorns, oranges, seeds and other rich food they need to eat to prepare their bodies for the colder weather. Maple trees are turning from green to yellow and red, and migrating birds are arriving for the warm Florida weather as the days are getting shorter and the nights longer. The rhythms of Mother Nature are at once timeless and right on time.
