Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath has opened a newly renovated office in Port St. Lucie, where partner Daniel Jensen and his staff can better serve the Treasure Coast community. In fact, Jensen was just named recipient of the 2023 Treasure Coast Community’s Choice Award for Personal Injury Attorney.

For nearly 40 years, Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath has been recognized in Florida and the United States as one of the most respected and successful plaintiff law firms, helping those who have suffered from serious injury or death caused by the negligence of another person or defective product.

Every board-certified civil trial attorney of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath is highly qualified to take on even the most complex personal injury cases. Among them is Daniel Jensen, who has dedicated his career to fighting for his clients’ rights, especially here on the Treasure Coast.

Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, based in West Palm Beach with offices in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers, established an office in Port St. Lucie in 2020. Due to the successful launch of this location, the firm increased its space by opening a newly renovated office in 2023 where Jensen and his staff can better serve the residents of the Treasure Coast.

The new location is directly off Interstate 95 at St. Lucie West Boulevard at 1850 SW Fountainview Blvd., Suite 207, making it easily accessible for Jensen’s clients.

“It’s been unbelievable; it’s been a long time coming,’’ said Jensen, who oversees a staff of nine, including fellow partner Jason McIntosh. “Our bread and butter are personal relationships and our reputation. We always had a footprint here; we’ve always had a satellite office, an unmanned office here to meet clients. But, having this permanent location shows our clients that we’re currently representing — and future clients — that we’re committed to his area. We’re committed to our community where we live, our families live and where our clients live. I think we’re just better able to serve our clients that way.

“Given this responsibility to run this office is a tremendous honor for me,’’ Jensen said.

Before joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, Jensen was an Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County, where he was born and raised. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Jensen zealously prosecuted 65 jury trials, convicting drunk drivers, gang members, and violent career criminals. Jensen passionately fought for victims in Palm Beach County, and now brings that same passion to his pursuit of a just and fair resolution for his clients on the Treasure Coast.

Jensen is a member of a team of more than 70 professionals, including 21 lawyers who collectively have over 450 years of experience handling personal injury matters throughout Florida. They’ve been nationally acknowledged by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and recognized as a Best Law Firm in America. The firm handles Florida’s toughest and most complex Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, Product Liability, and Wrongful Death cases.

The firm, has recovered over $2.5 billion for its clients since its founding in 1985 and paid out over $125 million to referring attorneys in Florida and across the United States.
