We encourage you to call us
weekdays between 10 am and
noon when volunteers are in the office. If we
are not in, leave a message and we will get
back as soon as possible. Or, visit

Tickets for Other Programs
Ticketing policies vary for different
programs. In some cases, tickets are
available through other box offices or
online sources. Check our website for
information about the shows you want
to attend.
Photography and Recordings
Typically, the use of any audio,
visual, or any other recording
device is prohibited inside
The Emerson Center. In our pre-show
announcements, we will remind you when
recording is prohibited. However, some
programs now allow (or even encourage)
use of cameras during performances,
especially when used in conjunction
with social media. In any event, use of
flash photography during a program or
performance is strictly prohibited.
Food in Auditorium
Please refrain from bringing food
and beverages with you into the
auditorium. Feel free to enjoy them
in the foyer or dining areas.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the
center of the main floor and in
the corridor outside the center
balcony doors.
Lost and Found
Lost items will be held in the main office
for two weeks. Please call the UUFVB
administrative office at 772.778.5880.

Cellular Phones
As a courtesy to the performers
and other members of the audience,
please silence all cell phones and
alarm watches before the performance
begins.
Handicapped Assistance
Parking spaces for people with
disabilities are available next
to all entrances (note once the
show starts, only the front door remains
unlocked). The Emerson Center seating is
handicap accessible on the main floor only.
Due to Fire Department safety regulations,
wheelchairs are not allowed in the balcony.
Please mention any special needs when
ordering tickets.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping or the use
of electronic cigarettes is strictly
forbidden throughout the building
and in the immediate area of our main
entrance.
Fire Notice
Signs are prominently displayed
to indicate fire exits. Upon being
seated, please check the location of
the exit nearest to your seat
Customer Service
Tickets are non-refundable. Please call the
Box Office regarding our exchange policy.
First Aid
In case of an emergency, please
see an usher.
Hearing Assistance
Earphone amplifiers are available
on a first-come-first-served basis
for those in need of auditory
assistance. Please ask an usher.
Latecomers
Latecomers will remain in the lobby until a
suitable point in the performance and will be
seated at the discretion of the ushers.
