SECLUSION
Upstairs is the master guest suite with kitchen
and living room. At the base of the stairs is a
pocket door which provides complete privacy
from the rest of the home. “It is like your own little
world up here,” says Paul. “We have guests and
they don’t want to leave. They ask if they can come
back and visit.”
In another brilliant use of space, the two-andone
half car garage has a large storage area under
the stairs to hide what shouldn’t be seen, like cans

golf cart.
The master bedroom with lake views has two
unassuming doors as you enter the room. They are

closet and the other to a smaller “His” closet.

a large spa tub, a builder upgrade the couple enjoy.
Another add-on Paul loves is the nine-speaker
sound system, which allows music to be piped in
to one or all the rooms in the home. The couple
also enjoy the lush landscaping, more elaborate
than other residences in the community.
The stone patio and gazebo offer views of the
lake behind the house. “I feel like I am on vacation
when I sit outside and enjoy my coffee in the
morning,” says Christine. “It’s quiet here, and we >> Like the other baths in the home, the master bath has floor-to-ceiling tile in the showers.
