Drs. Amy E. Crary and Elizabeth Bacha of Aesthetic Dentistry
of Stuart promote the overall health and well-being of
patients, from routine cleanings to full-mouth reconstructions
and everything in between. The dentists specialize in
reconstructing teeth and bites that have been worn down over the
years, restoring both beautiful and healthier smiles to patients. The
team provides a variety of implant restorations and is able to treat
patients with TMJ/TMD or unexplained pain in the face and jaws.
Dr. Amy also provides orthodontic treatment to children and adults
with an emphasis on jaw development and facial aesthetics.
The two-doctor team is highly trained. Both have taken extensive
continuing education courses at the Las Vegas Institute for
Advanced Dental Studies, and Dr. Amy holds a fellowship from the
American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. “As a team full of women,
we are kind and compassionate and treat our patients like members
of the family, yet we also have the educational training to
handle a variety of complex dental issues,’’ says Dr. Amy.
Outside their practice, the dentists lead busy lives. Dr. Lizzy,
who taught voice and piano lessons before becoming a dentist, is
a trained opera singer, plays the piano and has a daughter attending
the University of Central Florida while Dr. Amy juggles raising
three kids — 14-year-old twins and a 3-year-old — while trying to
find time for health and fitness.
“We enjoy spending time getting to know our patients, and
we strive to truly understand the needs and wants of each one
of them,’’ Dr. Amy says. “We have some patients who come to our
office simply looking for a new practice to provide their routine
cleanings and exams, and we have others who arrive knowing
that they need extensive work. We make sure to tailor our recommendations
to each patient’s specific situation, and we understand
that ‘one size fits all’ certainly does not apply to dentistry.’’
