the county courthouse.

Green enjoys the creative side of promotion. She, Barbara Wilkins
at Manatee Zone, and JoAnn Pagano at Brewer’s Café used to get
together monthly in what they called the “Wine-Not Club” for lunch
and to brainstorm ideas.

of unique menu, word-of-mouth plus high-tech marketing and
networking, after an angel investor jumped in to help them get off
the ground.
They adhere to their environmental beliefs by using small farmers
as suppliers, they keep overhead to a minimum by operating S&S
Takeout themselves as a place that cooks from scratch, and they send
personal emails to customers twice a day to let them know what’s on
