unneeded windows.
The couple also doubled the size of the screened lanai off
the great room, expanding it all the way to the stairs leading
to the large swimming pool and spa. The summer kitchen
by the pool was beautifully retiled with the addition of wine
cooler and icemaker. The men’s and women’s cabana baths
off the pool were remodeled.
Another project is to convert the entertainment room into
a wine cellar. Since there were no book shelves in the home,
a huge bookcase was installed in the hallway to the master
bedroom. Right off the master bedroom is an exercise room
with large windows offering beautiful views of the side yard.
The upstairs has four bedrooms with walk-in closets and
their own full baths. Two of them open out to balconies overlooking
the pool and backyard.
