Palm City home
undergoes total
design makeover
A meticulous home makeover, like an exquisite
work of art, can inspire, motivate and even
embolden. What constitutes a revelation in
design sometimes begins with the solid soul of
a home, intact and strong, infused with a renewed sense
of style meant to enhance its bountiful character.
This was the case when Sam and Alvin Hall decided
to reimagine their Palm City home in Evergreen Club.
The couple turned to Dianne Davant & Associates
with studios in Banner Elk, North Carolina, and Stuart.
With a talent pool of expert designers to draw from,
Davant and her Stuart-based team took on the work of
remaking the Hall’s 7,000-square-foot home and instilling
a 21st century attitude.
The Halls purchased a home in Evergreen Club in
2006 where several friends from their Virginia home >>
The designers used faux painting artist Shiree Ingram’s talent to strategically
53
accent wall textures throughout the home.
