Celebration II, which is 11 feet tall and the creation of Cecilia Lueza, was unveiled last month and will be on display in front of city hall for a year. According to the artist and sculptor, the public art sculpture was inspired by happiness, innocence and freedom … by a young girl running carefree to evoke a feeling of joy and a celebration of life.
