are three tables at the front of the restaurant looking out to
U.S. 1.
Sixty employees serve the customers at the 288-seat restaurant,
but the interesting numbers are in the specialty brands
and drinks available. Cabo Flats offers more than 100 kinds of
tequila, exclusive California wines, 20 beers including Day of
the Dead Blond Ale, 11 signature margaritas and numerous
specialty cocktails. If Patro Gran Burdeos at $85 a shot is a bit
much, enjoy a shot of Tres Agave for $8. Many of the tequilas
are made in small batches rather than mass-produced.
