The cowboys of Cow Creek
Enjoy a celebration of history in St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties at the Treasure Coast History Festival on Saturday, Jan. 14. The festival is free and being held on Second Street in downtown Fort Pierce, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. This year features free presentations: Lincoln Park Academy Looking back on 100 years at 9 a.m.; A Century of the Sunrise at 10:30 a.m.; and The Cow Creek Chronicles: A Ranch and a Family Remembered at 12:30 p.m. Visit historical exhibitions, watch re-enactors and enjoy the food.
