3 more coronavirus deaths reported on Treasure Coast
The deaths of three more people, one in Indian River County and two in St. Lucie County, were reported today by the Florida Department of Health.
Information about the deaths was not available by early afternoon. So far, 33 people on the Treasure Coast have died from coronavirus: 22 people in St. Lucie County, six people in Indian River County and five people in Martin County.
The region saw an additional 14 coronavirus cases today: 11 more in Martin and three more in St. Lucie. Indian River has reported no case increase in the last two days and its total increase in cases has grown by only nine in the last 13 days — the slowest increase on the Treasure Coast.
Florida today reported an additional 83 deaths from coronavirus cases, the second highest number reported since April 23, when 93 deaths were reported. The state reported a total of 32,846 cases, up 708 cases from the day before.
